We will not be marketing your property on the open market so a home valuation report is not required. However, as we want to make an informed decision on your property we feel it is prudent to offer as much information as possible to ensure that the sale goes smoothly. Therefore we will organise a home valuation to be done on your property and we will also pay for it. It won’t cost you a penny.
